Tim's actually came 5 min before opening time and was ready at opening. Greeted me with a smile, was super fast with my estimate and remarkably quick with the repair. I've tried Burt Bros. & Steve's Auto, but their prices are always more when they get into it. They also put pressure on getting things fixed, especially if you're a woman, saying things are way more serious than they really are. You get honest work from Tim's. Another great repair job today on my air conditioning! This is my go -to place for all my vehicle repairs! Thank you, Tim's!

Went here for an overheating issue and check engine light and they said my turbo needed to be replaced and it would cost $4000 which is more than my car is worth. I asked what would happen if I didn’t replace it and they said my entire engine could blow up if I didn’t fix it. They were really making it seem like there was no option but to pay $4000 or my car would be completely useless. This is a complete lie. I’ve been driving my car for about 6 months now and it’s completely fine. I’ve talked with my friend who owns a car shop and he said he’s never seen a turbo blow up a whole engine. He said worst case it just stops spinning and the car is slower. Just absurd honestly. Like they really tried to play me for a fool. Avoid this shop!

Would not use this place solely for this reason. I Parked in the lot which was out of their way only 1 hour before they closed and they threatened to ticket and tow my car. My 3 year old had a dance performance at the high school across the street and there were no parking spots (I drove the whole lot and all spots were taken except police parking.) I figured since so close to close they wouldn’t mind as it would not effect their business. Not the case. Guess they expected a mom and a 3 year old to walk from further away than giving up one stall. Also the cars next to me did not have the same note. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone.

I took my truck into Tim’s automotive & Tires to get my tie rods replaced on my 2005 2500 Chevy with only 120k miles on it. I got my truck back within 4 miles down I noticed my front end started to pop real loud. When I looked at my front end. They scratched my $400 tie rods, they also damaged my cv axle boot and there is grease all over the under of my truck. I tried taking it in and talking to the owner and he denied all of the damages. Blamed it on the truck being lifted. The cv axle boot is not dry or brittle or old. And he said it’s impossible to damage a cv axle boot when doing tie rods. When any real mechanic knows if you’re not careful it’s super easy to damage it.
